It has been hard to post progress pictures because I didn’t stop to see how much progress that I have made. Sometimes you get so good at hiding the weight that you don’t realize how unhappy you truly are.
When I tell you I just started in JULY of this year, and LOOK, the after pic is 90 days later. I couldn’t even fit the shirt and truly never thought I would.. (it was on sale and I was going to go on a diet)
Thanks to Gym:30 and my trainers Sue Pack and Nick Trickett I have lost 34 lbs and I can’t even tell you how many inches!! I love my group training with my girls and they truly keep me going!! I was very apprehensive about being in a group and meeting new people but I must say that It’s the best! I can not wait to see what the next 3 months will look like!

I would always hide behind the camera for years. I hated the way I looked in any picture. I am so hard on myself and couldn’t stand my outward appearance. The atmosphere at GYM:30 and being around all of the amazing people in group that pushed me, encouraged me, lifted those weights with me, it’s been life changing.

When I contacted Sue I was 182 lbs. and tired. I’m a photographer, which requires me to move around a lot, especially at weddings. I found myself getting winded, extremely sore and sweaty (even on cool days) while photographing clients. I knew something needed to change. I started walking and jogging occasionally, but I didn’t see any significant weight loss at all. I now weigh 155 lbs. My muscle has increased, and fat around my waist and back have melted away. Most importantly, I FEEL better!
