At GYM:30, fitness isn’t just about workouts – it’s about life transformation.

We’re more than a training program; we’re a supportive community and your personal guide to becoming stronger, healthier, and happier. Powered by our custom-built app, we create personalized training plans, build habits that stick, and offer nutritional guidance to help you thrive both in and out of the gym.

For our members, GYM:30 has become their “happy place” – a space beyond work and home where they can relax, release stress, and truly be themselves.

No matter who you are – your age, background, race, religion, or beliefs – at GYM:30, we’re all unique individuals on a shared journey. We cheer each other on, push through challenges together, and celebrate every victory, big or small. Though we may look and act differently, we’re united as part of the GYM:30 FAMILY!

our story

Welcome to GYM:30, where personal training takes a new direction!
 
GYM:30 was founded in 2017 when founders, Nick and Sue, saw a need for gym goers to experience a better education and knowledge in the fitness space. We knew we had to help clients with sustainable healthy changes, provide the right structure and game planning, and ultimately produce the right amount of accountability.
 
GYM:30 started as 30 minute group strength training classes for all fitness levels. After a few years, and understanding that each client had their own unique needs but also progressed in their training at different rates, we evolved with our clientele!
 
Now, GYM:30 is focused on the individualized aspect for each one of our clients. We now train clients in a semi-private “group” format but everyone performs their own workout in the gym with the assistance of a coach. We train smart…we train hard…and we get results!
 
Coaches are here to educate you on your exercise, give guidance with coaching cues, provide weight recommendations, and keep you safe but still progressing towards your goals.
 
Through the use of our GYM:30 app, we help each client with customized program design for all their needs: training, nutrition, daily habits, and ongoing suppport outside our four walls.
 
At the core of GYM:30, we are here to COACH and EDUCATE our clients to live a healthier life with a sustainable, balanced approach.

You have defined your goals and you are ready to begin your journey. We will start you strong by taking you through the fundamentals of training and sound habits putting you on the road to success!

3. HAVE FUN REACHING NEW LEVELS

Once you have the basics down you’ll book classes easily on our app, enjoy the workouts with awesome people and reach your goals in no time!
