We are not just a fitness program. At GYM:30 we are a vehicle for life change. Anyone that has been a member at GYM:30 for more than a few months can testify to the unique environment that is fostered by our coaching staff and our community.

This place has become a “third place” for many of our members outside of the work and home life.

It’s a place they come to unwind, work off stress and know that they can be their true authentic self.

No matter what your background is, your age, race, religion, or political beliefs… In this gym, we are all athlete on the same journey. In this gym we all root for each other. We all push each other through difficult times, we all celebrate breakthroughs both physical and mental. In this gym, we all may look and act a little different but we are all part of the GYM:30 family.

The small ripple effect that occurs from nurturing happier healthier humans, extends from gym life to the world around us.

our story

Welcome to GYM:30, where personal training takes a new direction!
 
GYM:30 was founded in 2017 when founders, Nick and Sue, saw a need for gym goers to experience a better education and knowledge in the fitness space. We knew we had to help clients with sustainable healthy changes, provide the right structure and game planning, and ultimately produce the right amount of accountability.
 
GYM:30 started as 30 minute group strength training classes for all fitness levels. After a few years, and understanding that each client had their own unique needs but also progressed in their training at different rates, we evolved with our clientele!
 
Now, GYM:30 is focused on the individualized aspect for each one of our clients. We now train clients in a semi-private “group” format but everyone performs their own workout in the gym with the assistance of a coach. We train smart…we train hard…and we get results!
 
Coaches are here to educate you on your exercise, give guidance with coaching cues, provide weight recommendations, and keep you safe but still progressing towards your goals.
 
Through the use of our GYM:30 app, we help each client with customized program design for all their needs: training, nutrition, daily habits, and ongoing suppport outside our four walls.
 
At the core of GYM:30, we are here to COACH and EDUCATE our clients to live a healthier life with a sustainable, balanced approach.

Nick Trickett

Director of Fitness

Introducing Nick Trickett, the innovative co-founder of GYM:30. Nick holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from SUNY Brockport University and is a certified personal trainer with a Level II certification from Body Design University. As a natural bodybuilder, he was the overall winner at Mega Muscle in 2016 in Durham, NC, and has been competing for nearly 20 years. Nick’s extensive experience includes strength conditioning coaching, which has been integral to the success of GYM:30.
Outside the gym, Nick enjoys fishing, outdoor activities, sports, and bodybuilding, bringing a balanced and energetic approach to fitness.

Sue Pack

Clinical Director

I am Sue Pack LMBT, CPT, CSL Therapist, a post-operative lymphatic drainage specialist, licensed massage & bodywork therapist, and certified personal trainer. With a passion for wellness and aesthetics, I have trained extensively in Colombia, Spain, and Brazil, mastering techniques in lymphatic drainage, body contouring, and post-op healing.

I currently run our medical services alongside our medical professionals at Body Bar Wellness which is powered by GYM:30’s training and nutrition protocols.

I am actively pursuing a master’s in Nursing, and I am proud to be a Certified CSL Therapist under the Body Altering Aesthetics Board. My commitment to excellence is reflected in my affiliations with the American Medical Spa Association and the Association for Massage Practitioners and Bodyworkers (ABMP), where I am a certified and insured member in good standing.

Dale Belanger

Strength Conditioning Coach

Introducing Dale Belanger, our expert certified personal trainer at GYM:30. With NASM certifications in Personal Training, Physiques, Bodybuilding Coaching, and Core Strength, Dale is committed to making your fitness journey effective and enjoyable.
Dale excels in group classes, one-on-one training, and online coaching. His dedication to clients’ success is unmatched.
In his free time, Dale is training for an all-natural bodybuilding competition and developing a fitness app for truck drivers.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold one (1) time per calendar year up to two (2) consecutive months. Advanced notice of at least ten (10) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and maximum 60 days in duration. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
