Metabolic Conditioning (Coed/Group)
Don’t call it a boot camp. Bootcamps may offer ‘activity’ and a good sweat but they are not ‘fitness’. Fitness is a cohesive effort of nutrition, accountability, and science based training methods. All the components you need for targeted fat loss.
Aimless exercises at a studio or park comprised of random jumping jacks and push ups may get your heart rate up, but it may not be placing you in the fat burning zone.
GYM:30 MetCon training provides evidence-based training principles and parameters. Our tried and true physical training is a sure fire way to reach your weight loss goals and most important of all, avoid injury!
Our workouts feature ropes, wall balls, kettlebells, TRX, sled pushes, and bodyweight exercises.
Women’s Group Strength Training (Women/Small Group)

Whether your goal is to lose body fat, gain strength or build muscle, we offer a personalized experience that targets your particular fitness goals through targeted workouts and nutrition. GYM:30 Women’s Strength Training program is the evolution of small group training in North Carolina. Training is tailored around the female physique and desired hip to waist ratios.
Weight lifting is one of the most efficient ways to get rid of the cellulite, lean out, and get seriously strong.
GYM:30 Women’s Strength Training combines the intensity and comradery of group fitness with the support and guidance of personal training. Men’s Strength Camp (Men/Small Group)
GYM:30’s Men’s Strength Camp is offered exclusively led by our owner Nick Trickett (TrickFit Training). Nick is a competitive, drug free Body Builder that has helped countless male clients build impressive, athletic physiques using a combination of fundamental lifts and isolation movements.
Our Men’s Strength Camp and hypertrophy workouts focus predominantly on barbell, dumbbell, and resistant band work, while our conditioning workouts feature battle ropes, slam balls, and kettlebells.

You are guided through a series of incremental phases of the strength training principles and the right coaching for a dramatic transformation. Your first five weeks covers the fundamentals movements of weight training done CORRECTLY. Get ready to sweat and encourage your body to burn fat all day. Each session builds on the last.
